What data we collect

• Contact and booking form: name, company, email, phone, message and the date/time of the request.
• AI assistant (chat): the content of the messages you send us in chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited (server logs and anonymous statistics).

Why we process data

We process data to:

• respond to your requests and provide our services (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest);
• send you a confirmation email for your request;
• improve the site through anonymous statistics (based on your consent).

Cookies and similar technologies

• Technical/necessary: we store your chosen language and your cookie preference in your browser (localStorage). These are necessary and require no consent.
• Anonymous statistics (Umami): we use a self-hosted analytics solution (stats.ivoip.eu) that uses no tracking cookies and collects no identifiable personal data: only aggregate statistics (page views, country, referrer). It is enabled only with your consent.
• We use no third-party profiling or advertising cookies.

Providers and third parties

• AI assistant: chat messages are processed by an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; this may involve a transfer outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.
• Language detection: we use an IP geolocation service (ip-api.com) to suggest the right language.
• Email: handled via our own mail server.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them write to farapi@ivoip.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, protected access) to protect your data.
